A trip to Hawaii without snorkeling just wouldn't be a trip to Hawaii. Floating serenely in the calm blue waters and watching beautiful fish pass by is an otherworldly experience. Hanauma Bay is one of the world's most famous snorkeling bays and it's only minutes from downtown Waikiki.

This area was once a favorite fishing spot for Hawaiian royalty, and once you see all the fish here you will know why. Diamond Head and Kailua are two other popular destinations for snorkelers.
